Hope in Action/Answers
A birth cannot be undone. Fellowship can be neglected.
Can I Lose My Salvation?
Fear of losing salvation has kept a lot of sincere people on a treadmill. They are waiting to see if they have been good enough this month. That is not how birth works. You did not get yourself born again by performance, and you cannot get yourself unborn by a bad week. What you can do is step out of fellowship, dull your hearing, and live beneath who you are.
New creation is a birth, not a rental
Second Corinthians 5:17 says if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. John 1 says you were born of God. Born. The Holy Spirit joined Himself to your spirit. That union is not a mood God takes back when you fail. Jesus said His sheep will never perish, and no one can snatch them out of His hand.
This is not Calvinist talk about a limited guest list. This is the gospel: whoever receives Jesus is made new, and what God births He does not abort.
“And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.”
John 10:28 (NKJV)

Identity is secure. Fellowship is a walk.
You can be a son and still sleep in a pigpen. The father in Luke 15 never stopped being Father. The son did stop enjoying the house. Sin will wreck your peace, your witness, and your usefulness. It will not turn you back into an orphan if you are in Christ.
If you have been living under the fear of being kicked out, come hear grace at Church Four Eighteen. Assurance is not arrogance. It is agreeing with what Jesus already finished.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)
