Hope in Action/Real Life
Your child is not a problem to solve. They are an image-bearer to love.
Raising a Child with Special Needs
Appointments, IEPs, the look strangers give, the fear about the future — and also a love you did not know you could hold. God did not assign this as a punishment. He is present in it, and so should His church be.
There is no second-class child in the kingdom
Jesus welcomed children, touched the overlooked, and never treated a body or a mind as an obstacle to love. Your child has a spirit, a calling, and a place in the family of God.
You are allowed to be tired. You are allowed to ask for help. You are allowed to believe for healing while you faithfully love the child in front of you.
“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.”
Psalm 139:14 (NKJV)
Let us make room
A church that preaches Luke 4:18 must be a church that knows how to welcome your family. Tell us what you need. Sit where you need to sit. We will learn with you.
You do not have to leave your child — or your faith — in the car.
“But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.””
Matthew 19:14 (NKJV)
You do not have to figure this out alone
Come sit with people who are living this out.
Church Four Eighteen is a family in Titusville learning to receive what Jesus already finished — and to put hope in action. Saturdays at 5:00 PM. Kids are welcome. Come as you are.
