Maybe it was hypocrisy. Maybe it was a wound with a pulpit attached. Maybe you just drifted until the idea of a lobby felt impossible. You are not required to pretend the last chapter was fine. You are invited to find out that Jesus is not the problem with His people.
Leaving a room is not the same as leaving the Lord
Some of what you walked away from deserved to be walked away from. Some of it was a caricature of the Father — angry, distant, impossible to please. That is not the God Jesus revealed. Wrath met sin at the cross. It is not hovering over His kids.
You can ask honest questions here. We wrote a hundred of them down on purpose.

A small next step
You do not owe anyone a testimony on your first Saturday. Come. Sit near the back. Let the Word do what a sales pitch never could. If even that is too much, watch online first — then come when you are ready.
