Luke 4:18 starts with good news to the poor. Hope that never opens a hand is only a slogan. At C418, generosity is worship, not a guilt tax.
The Father is a giver
John 3:16 begins with “God so loved that He gave.” We copy Him. Second Corinthians 9 says God loves a cheerful giver — not a pressured one. You give from identity as a child, not from fear as a slave.
See a need. Ask the Spirit. Act.
“So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Make it personal
A name, a family, a street in Titusville. Charity at a distance is easy. Hope in action sits with people. Come serve with us. Come give. Come be the answer to someone’s prayer.
“Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.”
