Hope in Action/Answers
Jesus wins. You do not have to live afraid.
What Are the End Times?
End-times talk can sell a lot of panic. Charts, dates, arguments. Jesus told His friends not to let their hearts be troubled. If your view of the last days produces dread instead of hope, it is out of tune with the New Testament.
The headline is His return, not our fear
Jesus is coming again. That is not a fringe idea. It is the blessed hope of the church. The same Jesus who left will return. Until then, we occupy, we love people, we preach the gospel, and we refuse a spirit of fear.
God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Any teaching that makes you hide, hate, or hopeless is not the Holy Spirit’s work.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)
Live ready, not rattled
Ready looks like knowing Jesus, walking in the Word, and staying busy with the assignment of Luke 4:18 — good news for the poor, liberty for captives, sight for the blind. The world does not need more speculation. It needs a church full of hope.
If headlines have you tense, come sit under teaching that lifts up Jesus instead of feeding anxiety. The future is not in the devil’s hands.
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”
John 14:1-3 (NKJV)
You do not have to figure this out alone
Come sit with people who are living this out.
Church Four Eighteen is a family in Titusville learning to receive what Jesus already finished — and to put hope in action. Saturdays at 5:00 PM. Kids are welcome. Come as you are.
