Headlines, diagnoses, what-ifs at 2 a.m. Fear loves a blank calendar. God has not given you that spirit. He has given power, love, and a sound mind.
Fear is a spirit — you can resist it
You do not have to babysit every worst-case scenario. Second Timothy 1:7 is a sword. Speak it. Replace the mental movie with the Word. Isaiah 26:3 is a promise for a stayed mind, not a lucky personality.
God is not the author of the panic. He is the author of peace.

Stay in the Word and in a family
Isolation multiplies fear. Come hear preaching that reveals a good God. Sit with people who will agree with you in faith, not in dread.
The future is not a trap. For the child of God it is a place your Father already fills.
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”

You do not have to figure this out alone
