Hope in Action/Answers
Science can describe a process. It cannot name the Person.
Creation vs. Big Bang
You do not have to pick between a brain and a Bible. The opening line of Scripture is not a science textbook, and it is not a myth. It is a Person acting: “In the beginning God created.”
Someone is there
John 1 says all things were made through the Word. Hebrews 11 says we understand the worlds were framed by the word of God. Whether a physicist describes expansion or a child points at a sunset, the deeper question is the same: is there a mind behind it?
A beginning does not erase a Beginner. If anything, a universe with a start date is a giant arrow toward a God who did not have one.
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Genesis 1:1 (NKJV)
You are not an accident
If you are the product of chance plus time, then meaning is a story you tell yourself. If you are the work of a Father, then your life is a calling. That is not a small difference.
Bring your questions. Bring your textbooks. We are not afraid of honest inquiry. We just will not trade the Creator for a closed system that cannot love you back.
“All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.”
John 1:3 (NKJV)
You do not have to figure this out alone
Come sit with people who are living this out.
Church Four Eighteen is a family in Titusville learning to receive what Jesus already finished — and to put hope in action. Saturdays at 5:00 PM. Kids are welcome. Come as you are.
