A covenant, not a vibe. A picture of Christ and the church.
What Does the Bible Say About Marriage?
Culture treats marriage like a lifestyle brand you can customize. Scripture treats it like a covenant God invented — loyal, holy, and aimed at more than your happiness, though joy is not the enemy. If your marriage is struggling, this page is not a verdict. It is a map back to design, and a church that will walk it with you.
One flesh is the original idea
Jesus went back to the beginning when the Pharisees tried to make marriage a loophole. Male and female. Leave. Cleave. One flesh. That is not hate speech. That is architecture. Ephesians 5 then shows the point: husbands love like Christ, wives respond as the church, both of you under a Lord who already laid His life down.
Headship in Scripture is not a license to dominate. It is a call to die to self. If someone used “Bible marriage” to control you, they were not preaching Ephesians. They were preaching themselves.
“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.”
Genesis 2:24 (NKJV)

Grace for the married, the single, and the wounded
Some of you need courage to keep covenant. Some of you need healing from a covenant someone else broke. Some of you are not married and feel like a waiting room. All of you are welcome Saturday at 5:00 PM.
We will honor what God made and we will not shame people God is still restoring.
“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her.”
Ephesians 5:25 (NKJV)
