Hope in Action/Connect
Because Jesus did not suggest it. And because love reproduces.
Why Should We Make Disciples?
Church is not a weekly product you consume. It is a people who learn to follow Jesus and then help someone else follow Him. That is how the world actually changes — one life at a time, in the power of the Spirit.
The assignment is clear
Matthew 28 is not for pastors only. Go, make disciples, baptize, teach them to obey. Luke 4:18 is the content; discipleship is the method. If we only gather and never multiply, we have a club.
You can start with one person. A neighbor. A kid. A friend who is asking questions.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you.”
Matthew 28:19-20 (NKJV)
Do it from overflow
You cannot give what you have not received. Sit under the Word. Then look around. C418 exists to love God, love people, and make disciples. Jump in.
Hope in action is a relay, not a monument.
“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
2 Timothy 2:2 (NKJV)
You do not have to figure this out alone
Come sit with people who are living this out.
Church Four Eighteen is a family in Titusville learning to receive what Jesus already finished — and to put hope in action. Saturdays at 5:00 PM. Kids are welcome. Come as you are.
