Does God Have a Plan for My Life?
The fear underneath this question is wasted years. What if I missed the door? What if I married the wrong person, picked the wrong major, stayed in Titusville when I should have left? God is a Father, not a talent-show judge who only wanted your first take. He still knows how to lead a willing heart.
Identity first, assignment second
Jeremiah 29:11 was spoken to exiles, not to people who had already arrived. The thoughts God thinks toward you are peace. Ephesians 2:10 says you are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works prepared beforehand. The sequence matters. You do not find the plan and then maybe get loved. You get loved, and then you walk.
If you skip belonging, the plan will feel like a burden. If you start with Jesus, the next step gets simpler: obey what you already know, and listen for the rest.
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”
Ephesians 2:10 (NKJV)

Walk, do not wait for a skywritten itinerary
Proverbs 3:5-6 is still how sons and daughters move — trust, do not lean on your own understanding, acknowledge Him, and He directs paths. Direction often looks like wisdom, community, and a yes you can take this week.
Come walk with a church family. Purpose clarifies in motion, under the Word, among people who know your name.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)
